• Returns are accepted only if the product box is unopened and sealed.
• No return will be accepted after opening the box.

2. Return Request Time

Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Return Process

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

• Refund will be processed only after the product passes quality inspection.
  Product must be:
  Unused
  Unopened
  In original packaging
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

5. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The box has been opened
• The product is used or damaged
